Josh Cox
Chief Executive Officer / Owner
Josh has been connected to agriculture since childhood, having grown up in a walnut-farming family that provided him with early, practical insight into the industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno. With more than a decade of experience in the agricultural chemical sector, Josh now serves as Chief Executive Officer of LMG Ag Products, where he oversees product procurement, sales management, and strategic business development.
He is committed to supporting his community and currently serves on the board of the Tulare County Foundation for Ag Education & Youth—a nonprofit dedicated to funding scholarships, leadership programs, and educational initiatives that strengthen the future of agriculture. Josh also serves on the board of the Refuge House, a faith-driven, yearlong rehabilitation program that applies Christian teachings as a path to sobriety and long-term recovery. Although he has transitioned his board seat at the ImagineU Children’s Museum to his wife, Josh remains an active supporter of the museum’s mission and its role in enriching the lives of local families.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic work, Josh maintains a strong interest in real estate and values time spent with his wife and their two children.
